OVERVIEW
1. Delivery fee: Delivery within umuahia attract extra cost of N300 per time while outside umuahia is billed according to mileage.
2. Refund Policy:
Your order may be cancelled if there is a problem with your payment or DrinksMart is unable to deliver for any reason.
Any payment taken will be refunded within 72 hours, depending on your bank. You don't need to do anything.
For all restaurant prepared foods, 100% down payment is required for orders placed online. Cancellation before dispatch shall attract 30% charge on the cost of ordered product whereas the 70% is returned to clients submitted account details.
DrinksMart shall not make any refund for any item tampered or partly used by clients before complaint.
3. Cancellation Policy.
Clients are at liberty to cancel order before its dispatch and 100% refund shall be refunded to client within 3 working days.
DrinksMart will not refund any fund to client whose order has been proceesedand dispatched.
DrinksMart shall not accept return of product defects not identified at the shops or in presence of our delivery staff.
